The showcasing will be presenting Khatab’s latest artistic endeavours which centres around the removal of street advertisements from a significant staircase connecting two contrasting neighbourhoods in Cairo. The process of painting allows Khatab to capture the essence of daily life, addressing societal issues, and incorporating the cultural depth conveyed through Arabic calligraphy. Beyond its cultural significance, the exhibition aims to unravel a profound narrative, showcasing the evolution of society and the imprints left by countless individuals.
